Jennifer R. Lake is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife. She earned her BSN from Arizona State University, her MSN from Regis University as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Nurse-Midwifery from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She has more than 30 years of experience encompassing every aspect of women's health care from menarche through menopause, both inpatient and outpatient.

 

In her practice, Jen is passionate about building relationships with each of her patients. She prioritizes patient advocacy, empowerment and awareness, and with providing them the highest level of care. She strives to bring a holistic and nurturing approach while educating, treating and serving all women in obtaining optimum health and wellness.    

 

Jen is a wife, mother and grandmother. She is active in several volunteer roles with her church, participates in medical mission trips and enjoys serving those in need locally and globally. An animal lover, she also loves gardening, cooking, hiking, crafting and time at the beach.
