Ricko Rask, NP

Ricko is an Acute Care and Family dual trained nurse practitioner. She joined the practice in 2018 as a BioTe pellet provider, working with patients in hormone optimization. She has expanded her role to include birth control consults, new OB and annual exam visits.

Ricko’s initial degree was in Exercise Physiology with a minor in cardiac rehabilitation and sports medicine. Wanting to do more to educate and impact patient care she furthered her education becoming an RN, then Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in numerous settings including the Emergency Department, urgent care, regenerative medicine, corrections and internal medicine.

She has had a strong interest in promoting health and wellness throughout her career and brings this to her practice at Women’s Health Care Associates.
